About Fenlytics
Fenlytics is an ecommerce analytics and AI-automated reporting service. I unify Shopify, Amazon, Meta and Google data into a single dashboard, then add an AI layer that writes what the numbers actually mean — every week, without anyone building a report.
Closing the gap between having data and understanding it.
Most ecommerce brands and agencies don't have a data problem. They have a data-in-seven-places problem. Shopify says one thing, Amazon Seller Central says another, Meta claims credit for both, and GA4 disagrees with all three.
So someone spends the first two days of every month rebuilding the same spreadsheet — and by the time the report is finished, the month it describes is already gone. The numbers are correct and useless at the same time.
Fenlytics closes that gap in three pieces: the pipeline that pulls every source into one warehouse, the dashboard that makes it readable, and the AI layer that writes the commentary a human analyst would have written — automatically, every week.
Data warehouse & pipelines
One clean model in BigQuery that every channel feeds into — infrastructure you own, not a platform you rent.
Automated dashboards
Live reporting the whole team trusts, refreshed on schedule and delivered where you already work.
The AI insight layer
An AI analyst that reads the data and writes what changed, why, and what it's worth — every week.
Review intelligence
Customer complaints clustered and quantified so product and support know what to fix first.
Analytics audits
Tracking, attribution and reporting reviewed end to end, with a prioritised fix list.
White-label reporting
The same stack, delivered under an agency's own brand.
Muhammad Faisal Jan, founder.
I've spent more than eight years building reporting infrastructure for direct-to-consumer brands and marketing agencies — data warehouses, attribution models, and the Looker Studio dashboards that sit on top of them.
The work predates the brand. Before Fenlytics existed as a company, the same practice ran through 77 verified client contracts on Upwork at a 5.0 rating and a 100% job success score. Fenlytics is that practice, given a name and a proper front door.
Every engagement is run by me directly. There's no account manager layer between you and the person who built your warehouse — which is the main reason clients keep the retainer.
A one-time build, then an optional retainer.
Every engagement starts with a one-time build — the warehouse, the connectors and the dashboards, delivered as infrastructure in your own cloud accounts. From there, a monthly retainer covers the weekly AI reporting, maintenance as your stack changes, and analyst time when something in the numbers needs a human explanation.
You own the stack.
The warehouse, the pipelines and the dashboards live in your accounts, not mine. If you ever stop working with me, none of it switches off — the reporting keeps running and the data stays yours. There is no proprietary platform to be locked into.
Three situations this fits.
Ecommerce brands
Selling across Shopify plus at least one marketplace, where blended numbers hide what individual channels and SKUs are really doing.
Marketing agencies
Whose reporting time scales linearly with client count — and who need that to stop before the next ten clients arrive.
Operators
Who already have dashboards but still can't answer "so what changed, and why does it matter?" without opening five tabs.
Where "Fenlytics" comes from.
Fenlytics is a coined name — built from its founder's initials, Faisal jan, joined to analytics. One person's name on the work, which is exactly how the service runs: you deal with the person who builds it.
It's pronounced FEN-lit-iks, and it isn't Finlytics, Fenalytics or Faunalytics — all of which are different organisations entirely.
