White-label for agencies

Your brand on the reporting. Mine nowhere.

The same warehouse, dashboards and AI commentary, shipped under your agency's name across your client roster. Built once for the first client, then replicated at a fraction of the cost for every one after.

One build. Every client, under your brand.
Same warehouse, same AI layer, different logo on the page.

Who it's for

You'll get the most out of this if…

  • Reporting day eats hours that should be going into strategy.
  • Clients ask why CPL jumped and answering takes someone an hour.
  • You want reporting good enough that it helps retain accounts, not just satisfy them.
  • You've considered hiring an analyst but the volume doesn't justify a salary yet.
The problem

Reporting is the least profitable thing an agency does.

It's non-billable in most retainers, it lands at month end when everyone is already busy, and it gets done under time pressure by whoever is free. The output is usually a deck of screenshots with a paragraph of commentary written in fifteen minutes.

Clients notice. Reporting is often the only regular artefact they see from you, so it quietly sets their opinion of the whole relationship — and it's the thing that gets cited when a retainer is questioned.

Automating it does two things at once. It gives back the hours, and it raises the standard of the one deliverable every client actually reads.

What you get

Delivered, not described.

01

Per-client dashboards

Your logo, your colours, your domain if you want it. Nothing on the page says Fenlytics.

02

AI commentary per account

A weekly written summary for each client — what changed, why, and what it's worth — drafted automatically and yours to edit.

03

A replicable template

The first client is a build. Every client after is a configuration, which is where the margin is.

04

Delivered to your inbox or theirs

Reports land wherever you want them: your team first for review, or straight to the client.

05

I stay invisible

I don't contact your clients and I don't appear in the work. If you'd rather I join a call as your analyst, that's fine too.

How it works

What actually happens.

Pilot

Pick one client. I build their full reporting and AI commentary in seven days at a flat fee.

Review

You look at it against what you send today. If it isn't better, you keep the dashboard and we stop there.

Replicate

Once the template holds, additional clients are configuration rather than construction.

Maintain

Feeds monitored across the roster. When a client's platform changes, it gets caught before they notice.

Proof

We've had the pleasure of working with Faisal on developing Looker Studio dashboards for our clients, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Questions

Asked on nearly every call.

Do you ever contact our clients?

Only if you ask me to. The default is that I work through you and never appear.

Whose accounts does it live in?

Your client's, or yours, whichever you prefer. Either way it isn't mine, so there's nothing for you to be locked into.

What does the second client cost?

Much less than the first. The build is the expensive part; after that it's mostly connecting sources and adjusting the model to their business.

Can we resell it?

Yes, and most agencies do. What you charge your clients is your business.

Want this on your own numbers?

Fifteen minutes, no pitch. Bring the figure you least trust and I'll tell you what's likely behind it.
